3rd time buyer
we did it again, got a new 5th wheel! what can I say GOD IS GOOD and also Great Ecsapes. Dave has always stood behind his word. Got a problem it gets fixed.No dealer can do better. You might fine one faster because they have more employees whitch means more overhead.It’s the price you pay and believe me Dave will beat thier price.
As for Bill and I we are so glad to have a christian man fair and square and all it cost us is a little more time THANK YOU GREAT ESCAPE!!!! - Sally

WOW, we almost messed up! When we started considering a travel trailer as our second vacation option we began by looking online. We found nice units all over the U.S., but before we started driving all over to see them we thought we should check out Great Escapes which is a local RV dealer. What a surprise we had to find exactly what we wanted here and at a price that could not be beat anywhere. We are so fortunate to have such a friendly, honest and reasonable RV dealer right here. Not only are they friendly, honest and reasonable, they are second to none when it comes to REAL customer service. When we picked up our travel trailer Daniel gave us a very detailed walk-through from one end to the other. The hitch was installed on the vehicle, brake controller, everything! It wasn’t just some sort of hurry up and rush us out the door transaction. They really took all the time and attention we needed. A well stocked parts department is also on site. You just couldn’t ask for a better experience. The owner Dave is hands on throughout the entire transaction to make sure that everything is exactly the way it should be. A family owned and operated business that is all about making the customer feel (know) that they couldn’t have done any better anywhere else. My recommendation would be call and talk to Dave or Brandon before making your final decision on your RV purchase, even if it is a little bit of a drive, You won’t be sorry. - Lynn
What a great experience. Nancy and I just purchased our first class C. Thank goodness we found Tom and Great Escapes. We flew out from North Carolina to take delivery. It has been a year since we bought our 5th wheel from Dave. We cannot say enough about how kind and helpful he was. We found all of the staff informative and ready to answer every question. We even stayed on site in our RV overnight so we could see if there was anything we needed help with or needed to be changed. Dave also gave us a kit to get us completely ready for our camping journey. We tell everyone what a great experience we had. I have owned several RV’s and researched for days before this purchase. I talked to dealers all over the country and found Great Escape. Save your time and energy because you won’t find better service or a better price. Dave and Tom are the best. Professional, knowledgeable and never any pressure. They gave me a fantastic price plus some extras that I didn’t have to ask for. I have done walk-throughs on 3 other RV’s and never one like this. No “bum’s rush”. They had the unit warmed up (January 19th), all lights and TV’s on. Showed me how to operate everything. Best ever.

Bought a 2015 Cougar 5th Wheel. We were camping in Bull Shoals and drove down to kick tires. We ultimately left with the new trailer, trading in our pop up. We had an excellent experience throughout the entire process, from sales to hitch install and the onsite tour of the new camper. The owner is honest and backs his sales. We’ll definitely deal with Great Escapes when we upgrade. - Kim
Great Escapes gave us the greatest price as we had checked around with other rv dealers. They were able to answer all of our questions and concerns that we had about buying a fifth wheel camper. We had great service. You could not ask for a better place to purchase a camper. The personnel in all areas was very friendly and willing to help us in any way they could. When Vince contacted you by phone from NM about the Montana 3731fl model you had, we would have never expected the service and treatment we received. From the telephone conversation to the time we walked in your office, it had been a great experience but then you topped that with the friendly, courteous and expert customer service. We are now on our 4th rv and hopefully the last. We have never been greeted and treated in the manner you provided this last weekend.
Hopefully we can send many more customers from NM your way because people deserve good treatment and that you all are great at!
And thank you so much for putting us up for the night and making sure that everything was working just right before we left. No one does that in your trade. Others could learn a lesson or two from you and your crew.

My husband and I were looking for a small RV for us and our son to do some traveling. We searched different states and our local area. We remembered seeing Great Escapes on the way to Mountain Home. We decided to go look at what they had, and found two that we really liked. During our visit we had a salesman that pulled up and asked how we were doing, and if we had any questions. We spent a little bit of time talking about one of the RV’s we were really interested in, and he didn’t pressure us into a buy. After answering all of our questions he stepped away to give us time to go through the RV by ourselves. When we decided to purchase our RV, the salesmen were great. There was no pressure to purchase added warranties, insurance or anything else. They went through the process with us and explained everything in detail, and answered any questions we had. They were really helpful and friendly. - Kelly

Found the 5th wheel we wanted on the internet. We were in Branson so drove to Gassville, Mo. to check it out. We not only found our 5th wheel but the sales dept. the financing dept. were very willing to work with us. We finalized the deal before noon and had no pressure from the sales dept. Yesterday (Monday, 3/11) we were traveling home to Batesville in our JAYCP RV. We had been to Springdale where we had our 2018 Redhawk de-winterized and serviced. After a stop for lunch we discovered that the service folks had forgot to install the water filter. We have a trip planned leaving next weekend and needed to get it installed. We stopped by Great Escapes. Mack and Holly in the service department went out of their way in helping us get the situation resolved. They got our RV in and got the filter installed in just a few minutes. And didn’t even charge us for their effort. This note is just to thank them and Great Escapes for their great help. Although we didn’t buy our RV from you all we plan on doing our service and maintenance with you now. - Anonymous
We bought a new Jayco North Point 5th Wheel yesterday. We highly recommend Great Escapes. Just bought a new Riverstone fifth wheel camper and i am extremely happy with the whole experience Chris our sales man did a very good job work hard to work with us helped to get shipped to us in north Carolina Melanie the financial manager got us all our paper work to us extremely fast and was a pleasure to deal with and Alysa was a great help to love them all i would go back to them if and when I need to trade again thank you all so much. - Louise
